Check-in staff were very efficient & courteous. Our biggest complaint was the temperature outside was in single digits & there were no blankets/comforters on the bed. I had to use towels & my down coat for covers to sleep.

Staff was always excellent and friendly. The facilities were a bit worn but they were slowly remodeling. You could tell the carpet in the hallway was high quality. We had the executive suite and it was well worth it. My children loved the unique architecture.

Though the hitek beunf so close to the mall was veey ideal the hotel’s staff was not aside from the shuttle drivers & restaurant staff. The front desk staff are rude, not helpful, or will glare at you though we were polite no matter who we spoke too no matter the time or day. I hope they can learn to be more polite & help us find rven the bathroom. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to even ask questions. Also the hotels lobby elevator smells like gasoline & having a room right next to the elevator makes lots of sounds throughout the day. Don’t expect a microwave, good towels, or kind lobby staff here… Also make sure to leave the mall before the doors closed or you’ll be stuck and have to walk outside the mall to get back inside the hotel. As for bathrooms here, you nught as well try ti find it in the mall or use your hotel room because you won’t find it anywhere else. Good luck here. At least the bedsheets are comfy

Everyone from the front office staff to housekeeping the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. During the lunch hour at fire lake grill the gentleman working the bar and taking food orders was extremely friendly and had great customer service! BRAVO.
