We didn’t get the room we requested and paid for, the fridge didn’t work, no hot water and our room was loud by the pool. Evening staff was rude, day staff was nice about the situation, which they still couldn’t do anything about our room.

Reserved 2 double beds, they gave room away. App and email said I could do park and fly, they wouldn’t let me. I had even called this morning to verify parking, lady said “yes, we will complete that when you check in”. I’ve stayed here 15-20 times, and will never ever be back - I’m really upset before an international flight in a few hours.

We had a great stay at this property near the Minneapolis airport. It was also close to the mall and a few restaurants and we appreciated that the hotel shuttle was able to take us to numerous locations. The rooms were very nice and modern and the staff was very good. We would recommend this hotel

Front desk staff gave conflicting information

Not please with the front desk staff. About a week before arrival I called the front desk to see if I could have an exception and book shuttle before we arrived. We were going to arrive at 11:30 PM and depart at 6 AM. Staff said sure but I should make reservation and call back after. I did so and called back and staff changed story and said I had to call back on day of arrival. I said okay and called back at 1 PM of day of arrival and they changed story again and call back after 3 PM. I called back at 4 PM and new staff person said absolutly not and was unyielding. This staff member incinerated that I was lying and that no other staff would say that. I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask this request. Either honor the word of your other coworkers or train everyone to be on the same page. I know mistrust the Hyatt staff

Nice location to the MOA. staff was very welcoming and friendly. Good price for the hotel. With being by airport, you can obviously hear air traffic all night but kids loved watching them take off. The pull out couch bed was not comfortable and could feel every spring. Fine for a young kid but not adult.

Not so good

It was not that great. The bathroom has no handwash sink instead handwashing is done in the room and it is very inconvenient and annoying to wash hands next to the bed. Breakfast was terrible and pretty much there is nothing to eat.

The hotel it self was great the only down fall I would say is their was not hot water in the mornings to shower and no microwave in the rooms that was very disappointing, as well as the drinks at the bar they were pretty much out of everything. The staff was very nice but unfortunately would not stay here again.
