They do not advise when you are booking that the hotel is under reconstruction, so there are dirty uncarpeted floors; the hotel rooms smell like car air freshener; in our room, the toilet was dingy/dirty, the shower tub was extremely slippery and the hot water kept completely cutting out in the shower...then it would erratically come back scalding hot. I notified the front desk person before we checked out about the shower and warned her an elderly person who could not move quickly to get out of the way could be severely scalded. She said she would send a repair person to check it after we checked out. No apology or offer to make good on this issue. We have had positive stays there in the past, but this was definitely not one of them.

The room was ok . Breakfast was not good. So called hash browns were not really cooked- looked like someone dumped frozen hashbrowns in microwave to heat up . Gross! Sausage was over microwaved very tough unable to eat . Scrambled eggs were hard. Pastries were not fresh , old and dried out . Waffles were only thing that were fresh . Juices were very watery - orange juice actually came out like water no orange color at all , same with cranberry and the apple juice . Apples were mushy no other fruit available

It was good for a week’s stay! This location has been remodeled nicely, and while not fancy, it’s not as dreary and unkept as some of the other locations. Breakfast is better than expected from an average hotel like this, and service was good!
