What really stood out was the overall cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the amenities were convenient and well maintained. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant stay and I would absolutely choose this Holiday Inn again when staying in the Bloomington area.

It’s terrible experience in holiday inn express hotel, they extra charge me twice. Every time I need make couple times phone call to ask my money back. Mention people who gonna stay here please check your bills, they did extra charge for me two time in different locations. Please check your bill don’t let them steal your money!
