Warning!! Proceed with caution!!

Room was not ready. Table in the room was dirty. No toilet paper. Bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. Dead plug ins. Lights not working. No hot water. Not enough pillows. My wife had to use the towels for pillows. Birds in the vent in the bathroom, chirping and scratching all night. One nightstand in the room and it was broken. Hardly any tv channels working. Bathroom floor tiles were broken. Wheelbarrow left outside our room window all night with baggies of dog poop in it. Stained lamp shade. Electric tape covering up some hole in the wall. As nice as the proprietors were, it definitely isn’t worth $119/night. Don’t stay here!!

A clean bed for a night.

Nothing special but that’s probably why it’s so cheap. The bed was so noisy that every time either of us rolled over we woke the other one. We also had to physically turn the TV on and off. Very clean but the baseboard heater didn’t work.

Hotel ratings might be 3 🌟 but definitely 🤔

No ice available 😢. 1st night of trip room was ok, not great. Return trip room room was in much better condition. Overall it is what it is but would seriously consider staying elsewhere if making trip down there in the future 😉

Hotel has the look of a freshly renovated hotel room had a distinct smell of rot looks like they just covered everything over found numerous spiders and webs in the room staff was friendly only real positive about the place was the shower decent pressure and the bathroom was clean shower caddy was showing some rust issues

I am usual a very accomodating person but this property was very disappointing. Good things. 6 mins from shopping and Ferry Manager was sincere and tried to be understanding of our concerns but didnt really do much to help. Beds and bathroom were relatively clean. Small fridge and older microwave. No kettle or coffee maker. No screen door on exterior of room. No windows that could open. All other units had screen doors and screens on windows. Only 2 plugs in the whole room. Beds creaky and hard. Curtain rod broken and had to call manager to put up rod to allow us to close drapes. Toilet seat lose and slipping sideways. Close to noisy busy roadway. There were at least 10 other units that he said he couldnt switch us to because they were pet friendly units and we had no pets. I would not stay here again.

I've stayed there several times over the last 20 years but havent for a few years. Unfortunately there has been little upkeep done and the place is in need of a major redo. Despite the condition it was clean and the staff very friendly.

The room service does not change the towels/lenins on their own, they need to be contacted whenever required. There wasn't any kettle/glass mug for making tea/coffee.
