When I first arrived there my room wasn't not what I paid for I paid for two rooms with double beds with a ocean view I got one king size bed and a side of a window that you look out of the walls , I should be compensated for that first day off of my

The hotel’s location is perfect, the beach is immaculate and the staff were friendly. **** My only complaints are: 1) the lights in the room only stay on if you keep your key card in the slot by the door, which is the strangest setup I’ve ever seen, 2) the AC in the lobby and casino is virtually nonexistent, and 3) the room keys deactivate as soon as they come in contact with your phone. It was frustrating having to go down to the front desk two or three times a day to get them reactivated, and many other guests were annoyed by it as well. Management needs to fix this. I’d definitely return to beautiful Aruba, but probably not to this hotel for these reasons. Cheers,

Overall, my stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Antillas was mediocre, I guess my expectations were slightly higher, for Riu. As for the staff, they were fantastic in trying to accommodate everything that they possibly could under the circumstances.. Off the bat, i was greeted into a room with a single bed, whereas i had booked a room with 2 beds instead. When the issue was confronted, I was told, it was based off availability, even though I had “reserved”, a 2 bed room. So, first night for me, couch it was. At first i thought i lucked out being on the 18th floor but little did i know i’d be wasting 20mins just to go get my towel card from the room. Seeing only 2 or 3 out of the 5 elevators working was a bit of a letdown. As for the restaurants, unfortunately I wasn’t able to experience them all but for the ones I was lucky to, they were great. I feel as though the first come first serve policy didn’t work out too well, at least in my case. Actual reservations would work much better and provide the opportunity for everyone looking to dine at a restaurant instead of the buffet as their last resort. It would also avoid the need to race down just to “reserve a spot” in advance. Lastly, I was also a bit surprised to find out that their late night snacks mainly consisted of cold cuts, not that i’m expecting 5 star dishes but at the very least could offer some pizza or burgers.. We had a 5-night stay and loved our stay. RIU is a beautiful all-inclusive resort with friendly and accommodating staff. The beach is wonderful with palapas providing a shady space to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. There were activities each day and many options to play and explore. The dining selections offered variety with a buffet and restaurants providing delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and in between. Attention to cleanliness was excellent throughout. Local shopping and dining options were available a short walk away. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our time in paradise.

No complaints about the room. Staff was helpful. Good location. Breakfast and lunch had a lot of options. We went off resort for most dinners except one. We ate at the Italian restaurant the first night, my husband liked his meal but mine wasn't that great. For an adults only resort, I assumed there would be more things going on at night but there wasn't, only the Friday Riu party which was a club vibe.

A good option for an all inclusive experience in Aruba. The staff and service are great, the food was pretty good, and there are plenty of fun activities at the resort and on the beach if you’re not sure what you’re going to do for the day. I would recommend if an all inclusive vacation is what you’re looking for.

Unforgettable Stay at Riu Palace Antillas, Aruba From the moment we arrived, the customer service at Riu Palace Antillas went above and beyond. Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive — always ready to make our experience relaxing and stress-free..... Special thanks to Luis Coello (Elite Club Supervisor) for guiding and helping us to the food arrangements tips.... as well as Mery at the front desk for the help and support on the car rental when I was having very hard time to find a vehicle to move around the island.... YOU GUYS ROCK....!!!! ✨ The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. Our room was spotless and well-maintained daily, and the shared spaces sparkled with care and professionalism. 🍴 We were blown away by the food — everything from buffet selections to à la carte dining exceeded expectations. Whether you're into Caribbean flavors, international cuisine, or just want a perfect beachside cocktail, they’ve got you covered. The grilled octopus and the lobster tartar at the "Krystal", the ribeye steak at the "Palm Beach", the lasagna at "Rimini", not even to mention the lamb at the buffet were imply awesome... something out of this planet....! 🏖️ The amenities truly set the tone for a luxurious getaway. Between the serene beach access, gorgeous pool areas, nightly entertainment, and the rejuvenating spa, we felt pampered every single day. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in paradise
