The king size suites we had was very comfortable for three(use of pull out). Very clean and well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection, especially the waffles. There was one flaw in the housekeeping, they did not change the sheets or make the beds on the scheduled day. When I asked the housekeeper she said she was shorthanded but my son got his room made up properly on another floor. I guess we were on the wrong floor. We made the front desk aware of the situation and they were kind enough to comp one night for the inconvenience. But all in all everything was great. The staff was great with the one exception and that should NOT ruin anyone’s stay. We will definitely recommend this property and would return again!

We enjoyed our stay here. I thought my room came with a washer and dryer (Expedia wasn’t clear on this. I’ve had a washer and dryer in other Hampton Inns) Turns out there is a washer and dryer available on the 4th floor for hotel guests at a charge. Customer service at check in was ok. Not extremely welcoming but I’ve had much worse. Breakfast was fine. Had some solid options. We would stay here again. I’d just say it’s pretty basic and wasn’t overly impressed.

Our stay was mediocre. They never came to clean our room, we stayed Saturday to Tuesday and they said at check-in they come every other day and to expect them on Monday morning, we left at 9a, and got back around 5p. When I called they said that I had the do not disturb sign our, which is not true because my kids were fighting over who can bring it in that morning. Then they mentioned that housekeeping was gone for the day and sent up towels. With two young children, our garbages were more than overflowing and our dirty towel pile grew fairly large. The pool was almost always packed when we went down, right before bed, which I guess us the normal time for all families to go.

The room was very clean as well as the pool area. But in the evening there was someone sleeping on one of the benches in the lobby area. Did not look to be a guest so I can only speculate. Also, the breakfast could use some work. Doesn’t need to be anything fancy but I tried to toast four different bagels and they all had mold spots on them.
