Everything was great, except the fact that there’s no locking bathroom door. Going away with my son and my daughter’s boyfriend it’s weird and awkward when you could see and hear everything in the bathroom If you wanna put a glass door on a room with one bed that’s fine but there are things like blended families. I get it. It’s the future you can’t do anything about it, but it was awkward and stupid. Also, they had no hot water for the last day that I was there the boiler broke. I get it but compensate me. We ate at the restaurant that night and it occurred to me that none of the chefs or food handlers could wash their hands with hot water because the boiler is broken Other than that, everybody who works, there was very nice and I would go there again and bring a lock for the glass bathroom door with me lol

It was a good place for our family with 2 teens. We had 2 beds and a very small couch. It did not pull out, but was fine for my daughter. My only real complaint about the property is a design flaw—the bathroom doors are frosted glass, so at night, anyone who turned on the light woke up everyone. Had I known, I’d have brought a nightlight. Other than that, no complaints. The bar area was nice, the restaurant was peanut free for all things made on the property, and it all felt clean. 8-10 minute drive to Newport & they have a shuttle if you don’t want to drive.

This hotel is very convenient. We were able to visit the mansions and do some shopping. Great options for dining nearby. Outdoor fire pit and bar made for a nice ambiance. Kids were to able to enjoy the indoor pool. Room was spacious and had a fantastic water view.

Great hotel close to downtown Newport

We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, big spacious clean rooms, great indoor pool. The big plus for us was the complimentary shuttle that takes you to downtown Newport so you don't have to drive and worry about finding a parking spot.

A bit noisy with weddings etc in the public areas. Extra “resort fee” and expensive breakfast annoying when daily room rate already ultra high. However a clean and spacious room in a good location.

This is a great spot to stay if you're visiting Newport. Its about 2 miles away from downtown and they provide a free shuttle service. The rooms were huge. Most seemed to have king beds - two if you're booking a double. We were upgraded to a suite which was great as we were 4 adults. It looks like it was just renovated. Clean and modern. Has bar(s) and restaurant on property. Great value for price. Highly recommend and will stay again!
