The front desk staff are very nice. They work hard and are polite and professional. The housekeeping staff are efficient and deserve great accolades as the hotel is bright and spotlessly clean. It has been a real pleasure being a client of the Hammett Hotel. I read the book about the construction of the Hotel and it really is and amazing engineering phenomenally thought out and built building. It is really nice that in a town as historic as this that people are respecting the culture of the town.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. Staff is great. Lobby has games, gym is tiny but has a nice view and was fun to use. Some things to note: There is no bar or restaurant actually attached the hotel so no food options. Guisto is next door but not a part of the hotel and opens at 4 or 5pm. Also no coffee or mini bar in the room.

Room very clean and comfortable yet small. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room (coffee in lobby from 6am-noon). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location! Only valet parking $ on site.
