After you've landed at Aberdeen Airport and picked up your gear, Newmachar is a drive of 8 kilometres to the north. You'll find this terrific 'hood 15 kilometres northwest of downtown Aberdeen.

This city is jam-packed with glorious things to do, and you'll find many of them near Newmachar. It's difficult to pick the top sights, but Balmedie Country Park and the Pitmedden Garden are a couple you shouldn't miss out on.
