Had one amazing staff member come help us with the TV, she was great. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean and functional, the added bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but good. (Except the hard boiled eggs were super undercooked 😓)

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, the property has such a beautiful layout and the pool was inviting and clean. The only suggestion I have is to change the flooring. The carpet is incredibly old and is holding onto the smell of cigarette smoke of the past. Most hotels these days have no carpet for this reason. Very affordable options are out there. I’d stay at this property VERY often if this change was made.

The bed is comfortable and clean. The room is very spacious and a plus is there is a refrigerator. Also, lots of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance. I think the only down side is there is no elevator. This is my 3rd stay here, I will be booking again on our next visit since its right next door to ucla calabasas, which is very convenient for my daughter's doctors appointment.
