We stayed for several days for a nearby work conference. The staff was lovely - helped with an early check in and made a nice breakfast recommendation for us. However, our rooms were not super clean on arrival - there was visible dust on the desks and dressers, and gritty floors in the rooms. The ceiling above my bed was covered in red adhesive spots as though something had previously been hung there and had been poorly removed. Both rooms were stocked on arrival with only one towel and no bottled water (although on subsequent days water was provided and two bath towels were left). We had two luxury king rooms - in mine, the bathroom had been updated to a wonderful walk in shower but my colleagues was a tub combo with a kinda mildewy shower curtain. The

Do not stay here! Our room was full of flying gnats - when we complained and asked for a different room the desk clerk said they had been getting calls all night and the whole 6th floor (ours) was infected - they did move us but why wait until we complained - the entire floor should have been evacuated. There were service elevators for the staff but they were always using ours. The place was filthy and gross. There is a nice looking Hampton across the street that I will try next time.

Nice hard bed but terrible service. We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping did not get it right once--if we weren't missing towels, we were missing water, or coffee. There is a forced $30 per day resort that gets you a bottle of water--if they remember it--and a free drink except the bar was closed 2 of the 5 days we were there! Front desk not particularly friendly nor helpful And at $250 to $ 356 a night one expects better!

Overall our stay was good. Traveled with family. Room was clean and had a mini fridge which was great. There was a cafe downstairs on the main floor to purchase drinks and small items to eat which was convenient. There was a rooftop lounge area that was really nice. Great area to relax and grab a drink from the bartender. The bartender was amazing and made us good drinks. There was no laundry room avail as mentioned on our booking site. The initial staff was good as she was able to hold our luggage and was very pleasant. The downfall was that our room was not ready upon check in and threw off our day. The staff was ok , not too hospitable especially since our room was not ready. The staff got better by our third day and check out.

Comfortable bed and room. Very nice roof top bar. Our only issue was housekeeping. Two people staying in room but only 1 towel and no washcloths. Called in the morning when we were waiting to shower and it was over hour before the arrived with more towels. By that point we had given up and were ready to leave

There was no parking on site as posted. Our room did not have a Keurig as posted and front desk said they were sold out so no extra Keurig was available. Room did not have towels and washcloths and the staff that came to bring them bought 1 and the reservation was for 2.
