The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been for this quality hotel brand. There was no iron or ironing board or microwave First couple of days the tub drain was clogged and there was ankle deep water in tub while I showered. Once I asked for repair it was done quickly. Makeup mirror light was burned out - resolved quickly. Bed was very comfortable!!

Rooms are bigger than the average NYC hotel and it is in a great location. Only one criticism that the bathroom shower had a few mold spots that need attended to. Not a major issue but they should stay on top of it.

The room is spacious. You could not hear any outside noise in the room, which is great. Perfect location. We valet parked and it worked out perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience.

Amazing, the staff was on point all the time.

Best Mother's Day ever, location is amazing, staff should be commented on their willingness to ensure you want for nothing. Call with a problem they on it. The bell hops are good good men. Helpful, I made a mistake and gave one of the bell hop the wrong amount of money. I ask him about and he returned it to me without questioning me. ❤️❤️ monies I needed to get home. I will return to this Hotel for all my stays in New York. Thank you for the hospitality from a girl from North Carolina where hospitality is our middle name. TimeSquare is amazing this hotel is in the heart of it. Can't wait to come back with my grandchildren.

The Renaissance Times Square Hotel is clean, quiet, centrally located in the heart of Times Square. The room was amazing: the bed was super comfortable, the room was super clean, and had great features. The staff were friendly and happy to help if you had any questions. I highly recommend staying here, as it quickly became our home away from home!!!

Friendly hotel in a great location.

Great location for easy travel around NY by subway. Right in the center of Times Square so hectic and crowded, but close to theatres and tkts. Hotel staff were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. Room was large, clean, and comfortable , and very quiet.
