Beware of water charges

Beware of water in the room!! You will be charged with no warning. Beds are comfy, however the room was only cleaned once for a 4 night stay. The frosted glass bathroom can be awkward. All staff are so friendly and the hotel is stunning so modern

Love the vibe of this hotel. Staff was great and the location is wonderful. We knew the room would be small but while functional to a point it was too small. Also no fan or much privacy in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, the rooms are an okay size but relatively basic, which is part of the gimmick of this brand, but far and away the most special part of the experience was the hotel staff themselves. They couldn’t do enough for us, they were so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and did all they can to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Even going so far as to encourage us to get out, see the city, and make the best of our holiday. Ricky and Amani (the night manager) were wonderful, but the whole team gave us big smiles on every interaction.

We enjoyed our stay. But be aware: the rooms are really designed to sleep and shower. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room they are small. But, it’s New York…hopefully you are doing stuff! Overall recommend with that one caveat.

Amazing!

It was awesome! The people there are very personal and a wonder to talk to. It was a trip to propose to my fiance and they made it special by decorating the room and providing us champagne! Everybody in there, especially Oliver should get a raise!!! You guys made our weekend enjoyable. We will definitely come back. 100% recommend.

The room is funky small stylish. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Everything is in very good condition, which is amazing when you see how many people are moving through the building every day. The staff is friendly and they are always working. We used the luggage check in the basement and it is a amazing service, it made our stay at the Moxy the right choice by itself. The Moxy was our base for the two days that we visited the city. Nice job, great Moxy.

Stayed with my two teenagers and the hotel set up was great for NYC. Great location, fun bar/restaurant area, option of 4 bunk beds so we all had very comfortable beds, fun atmosphere at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel for the young crowd.

A hotel for a younger crowd. The room was very small, no storage, hair dryer is outside the bathroom and plug is on the opposite wall of the mirror. The bed is against the wall so you have to crawl over your partner to get out if you are the person against the wall. The rooftop bar was nice but the music was so loud you couldn’t really talk to the people you were with. Breakfast was more of a continental situation or you had to go next door to the coffee shop. Not a sit down with service.
