I have no regret staying over at this Holiday Inn Express facility. It is pocket friendly and i love its close proximity to madison square

Clean and nice staff, but sleeping was terrible.

The staff was very friendly. The room was and bathroom were also nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel, I could hear the people in the room next to me in the middle of the night and early in the morning. I woke up several times due to loud surrounding noises. The bed wasn’t comfortable , and the bed comforter didn’t keep me warm at all.

The hotel is in a great location . It has very limited dining options, the breakfast is really average bordering on poor. The air-conditioning control didn't work so it had to be manually operated and it was noisy. There was so much dust in the room. I know hotels on NYC are expensive but I'd expect better value from a £275 a night hotel

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chelsea❤️. It was located in a convenient location for subway and eateries. The staff was kind and helpful during our stay and the free breakfast was a great bonus! We would love to come back here again in the future. Our trip to New York was amazing and having such great accommodation really helped our experience. Also, we were blessed with a week of beautiful weather!
