There were only two working elevators going in between 36 floors. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator at one point. The WiFi was awful & would not stay connected to any devices. Our TV stopped working and they came to fix it. When they “fixed” it we were left with completely different features and only a few channels. When before we had Netflix and internet connected.

Not worth the money or frustration

Our stay this time was regrettable. I won’t go back again despite this being my second stay at this location. We had bed bugs in our first room. Once relocated after complaining several times, our new room was missing items, creamers were expired and rotting, and it was never cleaned despite our requests for a clean. The fire alarms were also being tested throughout our 6 night stay at all hours of the day. This also meant the elevators did not run (in a 30+ story building) and the stairwells were the only option, yet the doors to each floor from the stairwell were locked. Every guest we came across had multiple complaints, this being the most common. The hotel staff seemed very used to hearing complaints and simply offered complimentary bottles of water to make up for all the issues everyone had. This location needs a lot of work. There are far better accommodations in New York. This one does not need to be considered.

The shower water took a while to heat up and didn’t stay hot for long. There were long strands of hair on the floor by the bathroom door when I arrived. The phone did not work. But I loved the views near Time Square, the high floor, and the room had both a microwave and fridge.

Great stay!

My daughter and I had an amazing stay celebrating her 27th birthday! The hotel was clean and our room was fabulous! The location was stellar! So close to so many points of interest. We will definitely stay here again!!!
