You get what you pay for

This hotel was definitely no frills. Mr room smelled had a terrible smell of smoke. I asked to switch rooms and was told there was no other room available. Even my clothes smelled like smoke when I left in the morning. Would not go back.

The location is amazing . The hotel is good , very big room, gave us the room very early in the morning . The stream in the shower is very slow . At night noise of tracks from the street (even high floor) Over all a small good hotel in a good location

In an emergency while traveling to DC, my cousin and I stayed here for a night while we waited for her brother to fly in from Montreal later that night. (Backstory: his flight was delayed because of the airplane incident at Toronto Int'l; his connection to JFK) We were heading to DC the next morning.The hotel staff knew our situation and was very accommodating. The sushi restaurant was excellent and after a day in the city, I slept like a baby. This place is a unique and awesome hidden gem. I will be staying here again.
