Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had an issue with the TV and a technician came and resolved it, staff was friendly, nice little bar in the hotel and the food and drinks were good... they have happy hour too... breakfast buffet was decent and fully stocked, location is perfect... 2 minute walk to MSG, Penn Station and Amtrak... less than 10 minutes to Times Square... it's a shared microwave on the 1st floor... I would definitely stay here again

We love this hotel. The fact that the garage to park is right beside the hotel is amazing . right across the street from MSG. This is the perfect hotel.

Room was ok and clean but was not the room I booked at all. I booked a room oh a higher floor that was "with a city view" I was put on the second floor. Along with my hotel room wasn't ready till 4PM. On the day of my travel but was told I can check in whenever. The front desk was not much help and seemed like they didn't want to be there at all.

Room very clean. Towels needs to be updated. Some has stain. Staff needs to be more nice. Didn’t feel a good welcoming. Refrigerator should be in every room without requesting. But great location, and nice hotel. The lady from tge bar is a plus! Never get rid of her. She is amazing.
