I wish breakfast options would had been more included for those who can eat pork. Also I had to called to have trash emptied because room service is every other day which is fine but I feel like trash should had been emptied daily. Other than those comments it was great

Pleasant stay

One overnight stay and it was fine. Service was good and room was clean. One issue was with the air condoning which was very loud while on through the night. This did not sound normal.

Great location!

Great location. Breakfast was adequate, however one day due to a late delivery. There was literally a few basic items and not even cutlery to eat what they did have to eat. Didn’t use the “gym” as it was a small space with a treadmill. Staff were great and always available to assist. Got charged $25 after checking out so I will be chasing up with hotel. As everything was paid for in advance and when we checked out, staff said we were “all good”

Room was clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Air conditioning was terrible and the room was quite warm which made sleeping a bit difficult. Overall not a bad stay just wish it wasn’t 100 degrees in the shade with no ac on the 12 floor!

Great, central base

Hotel very accommodating, breakfast varied slightly each day, coffee, hot and cold choices and waffles which kids loved. lifts were fine, beds comfy and we slept well. Room was a bit tired and very snug for 4 with a 5 night stay as storage very limited but our own oversight. Good option

The air conditioning did not work in our room. It just blew the air around. It said that the temp was set at 60 but it was too hot to sleep comfortably. There was also no ice to be found. The elevator was horrendously slow and the lobby seating is old torn and stained.

The location of the property is perfect. Walking distance or near subway to almost every attraction. The rooms are very small for a family of four. For the six days we stayed the breakfast area was over crowded everyday & it was not kept very clean. But for the price & location it was an okay stay.
