Sibling Trip to SoHo NY!!!!

Hotel is conveniently located in SoHo, staff are so helpful and welcoming, hotel is very safe, rooms are spacious, clean, comfy. Housekeeping daily option available, beds are comfy. I would totally stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room itself was small (as it is for most NYC hotels) but the staff (house keeping, the reception, and the cafe) very kind and attentive. We stayed in the accessible room and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was nice. The curtains moved automatically with gentle pushes, too. Most importantly, the location was great. Overall, very comfortable!

Mixed Experience

Our overnight stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was generally clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, there were a couple of disappointments that took away from the overall experience. Firstly, the toilet bowl was noticeably stained, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but definitely something that shouldn’t be overlooked—especially for new guests arriving. At check-in, we were asked if we’d like housekeeping, and we confirmed that we would. Unfortunately, no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. While we were only there for one night, it was frustrating to be offered a service and then not receive it. Lastly, one of the elevators was out of service. While the staff did mention it during check-in, the inconvenience was still felt, especially during peak times when everyone was checking in or out. Overall, the basics were there, but small issues in service and maintenance made the stay less smooth than it could’ve been.
