The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good and filling. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Location is not the best, but it could be worse.

While clean and with AMAZING staff, this is a very worn out hotel. Breakfast is sparse n not very good. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

The stay was excellent from ck in to ck out. The staff was great. Breakfast was good too. My only complaint was that parking is an additional $40, per 24hrs. I wouldve liked to know that ahead of time. I picked this hotel became it provided parking. Just seems absurd to me that you have to pay parking at the hotel you're staying in. That was a first for me and I travel alot.

The rooms were clean, check in was a breeze, parking on the premises convenient, bed comfortable, pillows very soft, check out was a breeze, breakfast was great. Definitely could use more than one elevator in the establishment. But we can’t wait to stay again for our next trip

The stay, location and staff was awesome. The only issue I had is with the onsite parking. Parking is available but it comes with a hefty price if $40 per night. Other than this the place and staff were perfect.

a decent place to stay at a decent price.

I found the hotel to be a modern property, that is decently appointed. There was a refrigerator and microwave in my room which some hotel is costing more do not provide. The bed was also comfortable. My only complaint is the highway noise nearby (which the hotel cannot control), which is not a reflection on the hotel itself. If you are used to a much quieter environment, this may not be your primary choice. This however is in NYC., and the city truly never sleeps. Because of its proximity to family, I will likely stay there again.

I usually give a really good rating, but the PM Shift Lady had a very Nasty Attitude. No Smile, No Positive Energy, Just Very Very Rude. She even got Upset when I was asking her a simple Question about my Room. I came to spend a Beautiful Peaceful Night with my Fiancé just after a Very Long Week of Work Looking for a Way to Escape the Negativity just to be Mistreated by a Receptionist. I’m not sure if she was upset about having to check me in, but she couldn’t even greet me. She looked like she was completely annoyed. The drink vendor machine was also acting up. My Fiancé had put enough money to at least get 2 water bottles. But it only gave us 1 bottle. When he was asking for help, they hesitated and didn’t believe he put enough money for my water bottle. It was already too late to go to the grocery store, that’s why I asked him to get it from the Vendor Machine, but we ended up having to share then stay dehydrated for the rest of the night. Beautiful Hotel, but Nasty Hospitality, a messed up Vendor Machine and no type of trust. He even ask the employees to check the camera, which they said they didn’t have Access.
