Very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures online is not a trie reflexion of the hotel. The bed mattress was terrible and the bed seemed smaller than a normal double bed. Hotel run down with cracked floor tiles. Wall paper looks dirty.

Loved the vibe, the elevators were old, small and warm. That is my only disclaimer but to be expected by the age. Bellhops were absolutely the BEST! Helped get us a black car services, loading and unloading! Great group of friendly people.

Meh.

First let me start off by saying the staff is amazing, attentive and kind! The location was great for where we wanted to be. However, the condition of the hotel was awful. The wallpaper was stained, dated and peeling off the walls.The furniture was also stained and old. The toilet was slanted because the floor was not flat.

A delightful, period, botique hotel. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very nice. The only issue is there are only 2 slow elevators. Thank heavens it is not a high rise.

Perfectly adequate.

We were in for a dinner and opted to stay overnight. The hotel benefits from a good location. The staff is very friendly (everyone - the front desk, bellman, coffee staff, and housekeeping) which makes up for the condition of the hotel. It has past it's prime but you get a sense of what it was like when it opened. The bed was comfortable and room suprisingly quiet. The hotel is clean, just in need of refurbishment. I don't not recommend, guests just need to know what to expect.

This property is nothing like the photos. It is dirty, old, and it smells like urine. We felt unsafe and would not stay there and they have refused to give us a refund. I am not exaggerating; this place is not OK for anyone to stay at.

I had stayed at the property about 20 years earlier and nothing had been upgraded, our room was very noisy and the bathroom had black mold. They moved us to the room above and told us that the room would be closed but we found out they just rebooked it with another person. The hotel needs a major remodel.
