I think if you are advertising breakfast, you could add something besides bagels and muffins. Hard boiled eggs or something with protein would be amazing. And it’s in NYC… get some good cream cheese!

The hotel is accessible for some many areas. Just a little update to the bathroom on the room is recommendable. But for everything is really good.

Centrally located, and the staff was great. We found several fantastic restaurants nearby. And lots of shopping! However, the hotel is very outdated and the beds were not comfortable. For this reason alone, I would not stay here again. If it got a significant makeover, I would absolutely return.

We really enjoyed staying here, the room was larger than expected and the staff is really nice. I like that they will store luggage. It is right off the 1 subway line and of course everything is in walking distance!

Nightly rate was criminal for what we were given

The window was around the corner—no natural light. Stained carpet, burn marks on the dresser, no bottled water; plastic cups (not environmental) wrapped in plastic; no coffee or tea service in room; bathtub shower didn’t drain—cracked tiles in tub area
