The hotel is surrounded by shopping AMC theaters and lots of restaurant options are all walkable. The girl that ran breakfast in the morning was super nice. Had a great conversation with everybody and did her job above and beyond the place is very safe. Highly recommended.

Overall, this property is somewhat rundown and in need of serious renovation. My particular room, 215, had a refrigerator that began making a horrible noise at about 4 AM. I never slept after that. I reported it to the front desk lady in the morning and she said her manager would be in contact with me. He or she never called. I had gotten the manager's card and sent an email with a recording of the sound as well as left a message for the manager "Renee". Still waiting for some communication! Highly recommend finding another place to stay.

We liked the 2 bedrooms. Seemed newer couch. Liked having large size bedroom. Tub needs new caulking. Level stove and fridge. Repair hole in breakfast room ceiling. Need to install higher toilet for accessible use. ADA compliance. Halls very dirty.
