Upon check-in the tv was so loud in the small lobby and one staff member was talking with another staff member so LOUDLY I could not even hear the lady behind the check-in counter. The a/c worked yet had a VERY musty smell. The window around the a/c was rotted and moldy. We were on the fourth floor, yet there was a a handicapped seat in the bathtub (folded up against the wall). The rim on chair was all rusty. The caulking in the shower had black mold.The carpets throughout the peoprty were very dingy and old. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. This place was a dump and marriot should be ashemd to have this hotel under their name. I was not expecting a fancy Marriot, but I was expecting standards.

The maintenance man was prompt and very nice. Fixed TV and microwave. Room was not cleaned properly. We asked for more towels and was told to go and get them after they were still drying. Not enough towels one set for 3 people. We checked out eft a day early because of the poorly managed hotel.

Horrible! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

The hallways feel hot, smell bad and look old. Then we got to our room… worst room we’ve ever had. There was mold in the air vents, stove was filthy, toilet wouldn’t flush, tub wouldn’t drain, cockroaches under kitchen cabinets, ceiling leaked, towels dirty, sticky spots on chairs, no toilet paper. We tried to take our kids to breakfast but all warmers were empty, waffle maker was broken, juice machine was empty. They had cereal but no milk and they had hard boiled eggs and slices of wheat bread. This place was absolute garbage and I’m requesting a refund.
