Very nice property. Spacious beautiful rooms. Very comfortable. The staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. Great location too—kind if off the beaten path but close to everything you want to do in downtown, the French Quarter and the Business district.

During our stay, we were not able to take advantage of any of the amenities. I was not able to get in touch with the concierge to do anything special for my room. The bar was closed the whole week. The restaurant was closed the whole week. The experience could’ve been much better. Our sheets were also not clean upon arrival.
