The overall stay was good, but i ordered the suite just like i saw in the pictures, we had no washer & Dryer in the room. No free bottle of wine like it said on the website. I brought it to the staff attention about the washer and dryer, he told me to make a complaint on hotels.com because I’m assuming hotels.com was misleading. But he did offer the washer and dryer that was on the 2nd floor and we stayed on the 4th floor. And no microwave, but there was one on the 2nd floor. I’ll give the hotel 8/10 because of those few minor things. But I will be back soon and stay there again.

The room was very beautiful, I alerted the front dest that there was a security issue with the door. I was that maintenance was done for the day. I had also asked for a late checkout, only asking for 1 hour for a work meeting. I was told that I stayed they would have to charge $75 and hour.

Unsatisfactory

The fact that we were there for 3 nights and never hot housekeeping was very upsetting. We were guaranteed after the 2nd night and were expected to go get our own towels. It advertised as a VIP hotel and never received our bottle of wine even though I inquired about it. Its not the safest area if you want to walk around, it also advertised onsite bar which was closed the whole time.
