It was a great stay but the restaurant was only open on the weekends, there was not room service and the coffee shop did not have fruit. The staff was amazing, the best part on my stay. It was kind of far from places to eat, I wish the hotel at least had vending machines for snacks

This was a beautiful place to stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Lots of storage options and very conveniently located to walkable places like to eat and shop. The only thing that I could say that could have been better was directions to the pool. I went looking for it and didn't find it. But I didn't ask either. This is going to be a place that I will continue to stay. So I would highly recommend it!

The hotel was clean and the room was large. Great location, within walking distance to Bourbon Street, Smoothie King arena and Caesars Superdome. Staff was very friendly although we did not receive any type of upgrade or drink credits etc. Great stay overall and we would absolutely stay there again on another visit.

The hotel was wonderful; however, I was given misinformation concerning the parking. I was told that parking was $50.00 per day and would be refunded back to me when checked out. I was not informed that this was Valet parking, if she said that I would have known that it could not be refunded. I'm not upset over the $100.00 be refunded, I'm upset that I was given misinformation. I know what I was told.

The one and only issue we had was the pool bar. It shows it on the website but it hasn't been open for 5 years from what we were told at the hotel. But, we were still able to hang out at fhe pool and catch some sun.
