The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The large screen TV needed tuning — too bright. We liked the roominess of the bathroom and enjoyed the rain-like shower, however we reported a slow-draining sink. We were impressed by a helpful reception staff and a resourceful concierge. All considered, our four day stay was a good value at a peak travel time.

The bed was hard. The room had no usb charger ports for this to be a luxury hotel this is a basic amenity. There was a pair of beads left from the previous patron over the bathroom door .which made me wonder if the room was even cleaned. It just wasn’t up to par with my expectations. Especially when just down the street the JW and the Sheraton are nicer the renaissance in Baton Rouge is much nicer

Comfortable and good location.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn't find the concierges very helpful, but other than that it was a good stay. We were also able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see as the hotel was in a good central location.
