The staff is quite good, but the rooms are in poor condition and unclean looking. Big stains on our carpet and bathroom has old dirt that is embedded and can’t be cleaned. You cannot adjust the air conditioner in the room. Worker had to bring a ladder and physically climb into the ceiling to adjust the air conditioning. The doors to the balcony were loose and in need of repair.

The property was lovely & in a wonderful location. The room was very small but very nicely decorated. We were very disappointed to not have hot water for almost 24 hours, & we called twice to request service because our thermostat didn’t work. No one ever came to fix it. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful, but not being able to shower for 24 hours did put a damper on things.

Omni - though a bit dated- remains a good choice when staying in the Quarter. While there are more modern options elsewhere, you cannot beat its location and it has a nice bar for pre or apres dinner drinks. We did not dine there, so no comments on the Rib Room restaurant

This was the perfect choice for our stay in NOLA! the staff is fantastic! The food at the Rib room was delicious! Our room was small but so very quaint. We really enjoyed everything! This is not your cookie cutter hotel and we loved it!

Beautiful hotel that is conveniently located near all the fun yet a bit quieter as well. Staff have always been very helpful and responsive with any need or wish that came up. I recommend the Omni to anyone heading to the French Quarter.

Lovely hotel in a good part of the French Quarter for walking everywhere. The room itself was a little tired, with the tap and shower controls being loose, but it was very clean and cosy. Rooftop pool is a bonus and a great place to start the day.

I would absolutely stay here again! I gave it a high rating for cleanliness, which is always the most important for me. Staff was so incredibly wonderful and the location was ideal. Pool was a huge bonus as well. Loved it!
