The location was the best part of the hotel. It was in walking distance of everything that we wanted to see and paid parking was easy to get. The staff and amenities were great.

Broken shower head. Pictures on this site shows a couch in the room but there wasn’t one and manager said room doesn’t come with one. Had to put all our bags on the floor. Rooms NOT sound proof as advertised on this site. Bed comfortable but squeaky.. only stayed 1/3 night we reserved it for. Rooms look dark. Lobby area small. Only plus was a good breakfast.automatically adwhich I didn’t notice.

The room smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower had mold. There was dirty toilet paper behind the toilet from the previous guest, and the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana and was damp. Breakfast was completely disorganized; we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and were not served, even though we had already paid. Because of this, we canceled breakfast. The hotel's rating was 8.6, but I wouldn't give it more than a 6. I was forced to leave the hotel a day early because I couldn't stand the smell in the room. I do not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel mainly because of the location and promise to the French Quarter, restaurants and attractions… very walkable location… uber is the best for this location as parking is plenty but cost an arm and a leg.. i would recommend this .. affordable and not break your wallet.. not luxury but also not budget.. well done

The staff was courteous but the housekeeping was deplorable. We requested new linens and towels the first thing in the morning and when we returned to the room at 2:30pm nothing had been cleaned. The next day they only emptied the trash and refreshed the towels. They Didn’t make the bed nor put the iron and board away. The blanket and the towels had huge holes in them as well. The staff offered coupons for breakfast but with all of the delicious restaurants in New Orleans it was barely used. We will probably stay at a different hotel in the same area next time.
