Toilet in room was not working properly. Had to use lobby bathroom (bathroom in lobby was not properly stocked with toilet paper and one toilet was clogged). Games room lacked options for younger children. Pool was good but pool deck needs attention - where pool deck slopes to change room is dangerous to walk on because it is very slick when wet also pool steps felt slimy. Many tiles need replacing. Breakfast was good but both mornings it was very busy and food was not replenished frequently enough.

This is not an hotel. Its an old motel converted to an hotel. We had a big window that was not even having outside view but the hotel corridor. Really small room. Bed not comfortable (really soft). Small bathroom with not enough counter. Pictures is not reflecting how it really looked like. Breakfast was good but with limited choice for meat (pork only). Muffins, banana bread or deserts, fruits, eggs, beans, multiple choice of bread, oatmeal, cereals, pancake... Dinning room was great and clean. Always enough spaces. Pool was ok. This "hotel" did not worth the price paid.

Front desks said our lower floor king size bed and room was not available he gave us a upper floor 2 double beds on the back side of the Hotel this area needs renovation dirty and Smells no elevator . Giving your confirmed reservation to some one else doesn’t fly . We did get a credit yes But this was part of a 7 week trip across 🇨🇦 PEI , cool looking hotel but service needs to improve.

Hotel was ok. Bed was right next to A/C making it very cold when it needed to run. There was an extra space with a sofa bed and TV. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, noisy and not clean. Beds were ok. Breakfast was ok. Not too far way from PEI Harbour which is great. Also, good location close to mall, and tour guide can pick you up from location too. They do have a nice game room with fussball tables

The pictures did not accurately describe the entire hotel. The lobby and immediate rooms surrounding seemed very nice and matched the description. However the room we had was on the other side where there was no elevator and everything was extremely outdated and not very clean. Our room was down a very sketchy side hallway and the room was overall fine but the bathroom again was very outdated and did not match our expectations. This was not a hotel we wanted to spend a lot of time in. I would probably not book here again.

Good free breakfast with lots of options to satisfy most people and an onsite restaurant/bar open for dinner. Beds comfortable and the Echelon suite was very spacious and well appointed.

The hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean room. We just found the rooms in the older part not very private as the size of the windows made it impossible to keep your drapes open if you wanted privacy. Found it very dark.
