Front desk did not know of our Expedia booking until showed our confirmation for a superior room. Later a different clerk assigned us a dark, small room with damaged/dirty bath floor. Next day we were moved to a superior room, but the telephone and one of the few electrical outlets did not work and neither could not be repaired until after we checked out two days later. Some additional problems communicating with front desk. At checkout we were told that our credit card would be charged. Only after much argument did the clerk agreed that we had prepaid Expedia. We have stayed in much better 3 star hotels. In contrast, the breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful room. Not surprising, many bulbs in the large chandeliers were burned out.
