My husband and I stayed at this property to see a show on May 2. Upon arrival we were greeted with attitude and bad service. We waited for three hours until the accommodation was ready. After the show we found roaches in our room and despite alerting staff they were unhelpful, so we checked out. Expedia then charged us a huge cancellation fee and lied about escalating our request for a refund. Overall, very dissatisfied with both the hotel and Expedia.

The front desk staff our last two days were unfriendly and not helpful. Our check in was great, just not the check out staff. Housekeeping staff and food staff were great, no issues there.

We booked well in advance for an event at Nissan Stadium. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to check in early, but the front desk staff gave us a parking pass since we were booked for that night. I have to give John a huge thank you because the hotel was overbooked for the night & we were going to have to move to a different hotel. I had no issue with moving if we had gotten advance notice, but it was Saturday in downtown Nashville, so parking was going to be a nightmare when i got the notification at 2:30. I was already in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 check in time & once I explained the situation, he made sure we were able to check in & get to our event. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Our room was clean & the hot breakfast the next morning was good. The breakfast area was also very clean. It was a great stay!

Hotel was good - accessibility is not.

Everything was very nice as far as hotels go. Breakfast was good, everyone was nice. As far as accessibility goes, I wasn't able to get an accessible room, which made getting around in a wheelchair/walker pretty difficult. An employee parked in the lined spot by the handicap spot, which prohibited use of getting my wheelchair to the back seat of our van. The pool area has a mat that was really hard to get over, and the elevator was just downright dangerous. It's uneven to get in, which caused trouble for me to get up and down. Even my perfectly mobile family tripped getting in and out of it. Please address that!

My room was on the highway side of the property. It was very noisy during the night, and I had a hard time sleeping, even though i had the fan on the AC blasting all night. It was very close to the race i was running, so that was very convenient. A short walk to downtown.

The property was fine. Did think it was overpriced for an older hotel. Our room was at the end facing the interstate so we heard that all night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I do think the rooms could benefit with bigger TVs, fans in ten bathroom and windows that you can reach. Felt like I was in a dungeon. Lol

We got to the hotel after our event only to be told they over booked and didnt have a room for us. They said they re-booked us at another hotel 10 minutes away. The reason we booked this place was the proximity to the stadium.

Property was over booked and they separated our group between two hotels. We tried to check in early and it was not mentioned that they were over booked and moving groups to another hotel. We were left at 11:00 PM, right after the game, trying to workout a solution between the hotels. Staff was not helpful and did not give us the paper we needed for the hotel we were moved to. A late check out was not offered after not getting to the room until midnight.

The property was clean but pretty outdated. The window in my room was tiny and pretty nasty. When I was trying to open the blinds, I actually wasn't sure that I had a window until the little probably 2' x 1' window popped out behind the blinds. Not sure housekeeping knew it was there either as it was the only part of the room that didn't seem particularly clean. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed. Other than those issues, it was clean, quiet, and the staff was pleasant. Lots of homeless people on the walk to downtown. Not the hotel's fault at all, but worth noting. Not positive it's worth $200 a night, which is what I was charged for 2 of my 3 nights.
