The main thing was that the elevator was out and we had to carry our baggage up 3 floors. When asked for a discount 10% was offered. They said we should have gotten an email which I did not so getting in late with no other options was a disappointment

The room was great! The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order and we didn’t know that when we made the reservation, and that made it very difficult with a mobility disability since no rooms were available on the first floor. We did get a room on the second floor, but the stairs were nearly impossible. This would have been a 5 star stay with a working elevator.

Always a great hotel to stay at. Safe and clean. Also convenient if you are flying out of Nashville, very close to the airport. Elevator was being renovated during our stay but the employees were very considerate and didn’t take an incidental fee.

Super close to the airport and the rooms were clean. There was a pretty nice breakfast station, free coffee and tea, and a popcorn machine! Super convenient for a short trip.

Our room was clean except there were more than a dozen ladybugs in the room each day. Also the only elevator for guests was out of order and we were in the fourth floor. I have asthma which was triggered by the hike up the stairs over and over again.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was clean, aside from several ladybugs that had made their home on the walls and in the window sill. There was a concerning carving in the shower wall, but maintenance was very quick at cleaning and providing a solution.
