Beautiful and Convenient

The OMNI was beautiful, clean, and sits directly across the street from Music City Center. It’s convenient to all of the Nashville attractions and provides a relaxing and friendly environment. Great staff, extra clean, and exceptionally maintained.

Upon arriving at the hotel during the nighttime, I was frequently approached by individuals experiencing homelessness in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there were no staff members present to assist or provide a sense of security during these interactions. This lack of visible support made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. I believe the hotel could greatly improve the guest experience by implementing stronger safety measures and ensuring staff presence, especially during evening hours.

Stunning property. Room was great, access to Broadway was a quick short walk. Beautiful lobby, access to restaurants, and perk of the hotel free tickets to the country music hall of fame. We would stay here for every trip.

Such a nice hotel and conveniently located. We felt so comfortable in our room on the 8th floor. Bar lines had live music and enjoyed hanging for a bit by the lobby fireplace . 48$ for two pool drinks….umm…..

A 3 night short break in the lively city of Nashville. Great location, walkable to everything. Room was a bit dated, particularly the bathroom. Hotel receptionist on check-in was miserable, not even raising a smile. Rest of the staff were lovely. Valet parking at $69 plus tax per night is too expensive.
