Hotel pictures did not match the cleanliness of the rooms. Sheets and pillows were stained. I had to change rooms 3 times till I was satisfied, and even if I wasn’t, I would still have been charged for 1 night without staying there. The workers didn’t clean the rooms after the stains were pointed out, I also had asked for compensation and was declined even the smallest amount. I was told to leave if I was not happy.

The bed was very hard and bumpy. The sheets were wore out in places and were barely tucked under the mattress. The snack area where you purchase things was not organized ice cream was just thrown in the cooler forks were just laying in a box so everyone can touch them. Chips were thrown on the shelf. It just looked very unkept and we didn’t know we were going to have to pay 20.00 to park our car in their lot.

The breakfast was very good. The service and front desk were awesome. We did not have to ask for a change of towels and sheets. The pool was nice and clean and had towels conveniently there for us.

Room smelled very musky, they offered to swap rooms, but we were in a hurry to get out and about - so we declined. But they offered room spray. Otherwise, everything was fine. Room was older, but clean. Beds were excellent. AC was excellent (we kept the room at 62 degrees, was VERY thankful for that). We paid $40 for a late checkout, ended up having to leave before normal checkout because a family member was close to death at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, and after informing the front desk of this at checkout, they never even offered to refund the $40 late checkout fee. We were in a hurry, so I did not even bother.
