There are some positives to this hotel, like the free breakfast offered. However, the floors in the hotel rooms were dirty and there is an overall lack of soundproofing from the hallway. They charge $20 for parking, which is a hidden fee and ridiculous in my opinions for paying guests. I suggest looking elsewhere for a place to stay.

Overall good, bed and shower disappointed

Good breakfast - good made-to-order omelets - also had make-your-own waffles, biscuits/gravy, sausage, juices, etc. I know that the beds are "nice" - expensive, like a memory foam mattress, but I did not think it was comfortable (very hard) - but I don't sleep on that type of mattress. The shower was a shower head in the center of the ceiling of the shower that "rained down" water. Not enough pressure to wash/rinse long curly hair. Again, I'm sure that this is something that is considered "fancy" - just did not work for me. Parking was easy, affordable.

Breakfast was great. Beds were a bit hard. And the parking fee should be discounted for people staying more than 1 night. I would love to visit Nashville again but their parking fees all over town are just ridiculous

This property was a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, one of the best free breakfasts I have experienced, easy (albeit paid) parking, fast elevators. Our one and only complaint was the pillows; very small and not comfortable.

Great experience staying at this Best Western. About a 1 mile walk to Broadway. Super friendly staff and quiet part of town. The breakfast bar had lots of good options. We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

There were massage chairs in the lobby, but I did not see them being cleaned or sanitized between users. The omelets at breakfast were nice, but it would have been nice to have a bigger selection of fruit.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I did not like the area it was in. We had a room on the backside of the property and the view was very disappointing. The mini fridge did not work, the water never got hot in the shower, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was quite warm. The drunk people coming in at 3 am and yelling in the hallways did nothing to elevate the experience. The $21.00 for one night to park in the parking lot of the Best Western where I had already paid for a room was a shock. If you like your hotel in a nicer area and enjoy hot water and working appliances, I would pass this one by.
