Not good! At check in they returned my credit card but NOT my drivers license. Very stressful when you think you have lost your License. Tough to get into bars on Broadway. Hotel called 3 hours later. Why not sooner.

It's an old hotel, and the worst part was the beds; the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. I stayed there with my family, my wife and son, on the nights of December 23rd and 24th, 2025. The hotel is well-located, and the omelet at breakfast was the best part, but I don't think I would stay there again.

no tuve tiempo para desayunar pero si dan el desayuno mi estadia era muy corta las instalaciones son nuevas la piscina hermosa y limpia esperabamos mucho frio pero esta temporada hubo calor por encima de 72 grados ...lo recomiendo y esta cerca de Broadway te puedes ir caminando ya que los estacionamiento estan por encima de 25 $ tengalo presente es muy lida la ciudad ...

The rating is relative to the location hotel “star” rating. Staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great. Fellow Guests were absolutely trash. Running up and down the aisles, banging on walls, etc. It was a bunch of foreigners idk what they were there for but they sucked. Other than that, was great.
