False advertisement

The photos with this hotel show a free breakfast including eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, etc. There was none of this available and when ask about it, the gentleman at the desk said sorry, it's a contintental breakfast. I only saw packaged oatmeal and dry bread.

Great hotel

Overall, this was a great hotel for the price. The main complaint we had was that the refrigerator in the room did not work well. We were only there for the weekend, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However, the first night, the hot tub wasn't working. We woud definitely stay here again though.

Know before you go (2): It's listed as having a crib option upon request...I was told when I called they didn't have cribs. Also, they expect a cash deposit instead of a card hold (although they honoured my card anyway but warned me the refund would be slow). Those two factors aside, this was/is a great value for a hotel near the airport. Rooms are small but very clean, the staff kept everything tip-top clean and the pool is kid-friendly. Staff is courteous. Make sure you don't push the breakfast by even a minute, though! They're cleaning it up right away to keep things in shape.

The entire vibe of the facility felt off and uncomfortable. They required a cash deposit which I had not been made aware of, so I had to use the in-lobby ATM machine……that charges a fee……how convenient. The hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. The beds were clean, and the pillows comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well.

Hotel emailed that the deposit was on a card. Upon arrival, we were informed that it was cash only. They did finally honor the card, after I showed them the message from them that specifically said deposit was on card.

When we arrived, we were told we were required to pay a $60 deposit in cash before we could check in. This had been unknown to us prior and felt uncomfortable. The front desk associate was not friendly and did not speak very clearly. He seemed annoyed to be asked questions. We booked this hotel largely because of the amenities included, especially the pool and breakfast. The pool was closed. The breakfast was toast, bagel, or cereal (two options). Not what we were expecting. The rooms were awkwardly put together. Our bathroom door was incorrectly assembled so it wouldn’t close properly and the shower head was not fully attached to the wall. The walls were very thin and overall it was just a very uncomfortable experience.

I rented 3 rooms for country music fest. We had to give a $50 cash only deposit for each room. All rooms were not very clean with garbage under the beds and old food left in the fridge. One of the rooms the sink and shower had difficulty draining. The other room had roaches in the bathroom. Our group only lasted 3 of the 5 night stay and had to find other accommodations for the last 2 nights. Do not stay here.

Was required to leave $60 cash deposit when I had received an email from the hotel saying there’s was a $50 credit card hold. Got my deposit back but the whole thing felt sketchy and I was not prepared with cash. Had to use atm which had a fee as well.

The property is centrally located to plenty of places to eat. Broadway St. not to far. The property was dirty with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. though its a non smoking hotel. Lady at front deak Extremely Rude! No ice machine on any floor working. Only one in lobby no ice buckets to even get ice. Hot tub wasnt working Heated pool was ice cold couldnt even swim. Two of the main reasons when I booked this was because of the swimming pool and hot tub. Should have called after reading the reviews first. Could have picked a better hotel with the amenities that I was looking for that WORKED. Wont ever stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Found out housekeeping didn’t come during stay. Not a big deal but just FYI. Also no coffee pot in room but can have one if you ask for it. Staff was great and fulfilled any request I had.

Under the beds were disgusting, staff were rude and standoffish. We could hear the lady from the front desk having verbal altercations with several other guests. She was extremely lous and very unprofessional. The milk for the cereal was bad. I could see little clabbored chunks around the lid so i smelled it and it smelled bad. I told the lady at the front desk. She stomped over to the little eating area and said the milk was just opened the day before. She took the silver container the milk was in and brought back the container with some more milk in it. I could tell she had washed the container but the milk in the container still smelled bad. There were some kids come to the pool while my kids were at the pool. The adult that was with the kids was on the phone with someone arguing with them and using language that he shouldn't be using around any kid. One is the little boys began talking to me and ended up telling me that their cousin was the manager. Another one of the older boys said yea we run this pool. A little while later the boys began splashing water in my kids faces who are 3 and 5 years old and wouldn't stop at all so we left the pool and my kids were upset they couldn't play in the pool. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she said she wasn't responsible for what other customers do. I said to her don't you mean what your family does that's not paying and isn't staying here. She didn't respond. I will not stay there again.
