I really loved this property. It was about a half mile walk to Music City Center and so it was off the beaten path a bit but that was perfect for me. I enjoyed the walking. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was equipped with what I needed to make a simple dinner. It had a nice tub which was awesome. The best part was that it was so quiet. The first night I used the oven fan as a type of noise maker, but the second night and third night I stayed, I found I didn’t even need it. My only suggestions for improvement would be to update the actual noisemaker in the room. It is too old and static sounding to be useful. Also, the chairs in the kitchen need to be updated. The plastic covering was ‘shedding’ and got all over the place. I didn’t use them for that reason. I also think the filter in the keurig needed changing (maybe). To me, though it was clean and the quiet trumped all the ‘little’ things that could’ve been improved. The staff was always courteous when I came in and out as well. I would stay again.

Reminded me of our Downtown Chicago loft years. Park the car and leave it because you’ll enjoy all the city offers immensely without it. The building is your first tourist attraction and the unit is better defined as a 1 bedroom condo

Excellent with a few minor hiccups

Pros: The property is beautiful and the unit we stayed in (310) was really nice. Beds were awesome and comfortable living room. Cons: bathroom and kitchen. Tub needs grab bar as it is high and wide to climb over. Shampoo was empty and the water pressure is next to nonexistent. Hand soap ran out after 2 days. We had only one spare toilet roll so that ran out and we used Kleenex. There is dish soap but nothing to actually wash the dishes with so you’re forced to run dishwasher half empty, and you only have 2 detergent pods. There is a sponge under the sink but who wants to use something that is full of who knows what. These are all minor but the lack of attention to these small details accumulated over our 4 day stay. Without these issues it would be 5 stars. Other than great stay in a very cool building. Location was nice and easy walking to Broadway.

The most notable stand-out attribute was the staff. They were the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Ayush went above and beyond to help find my daughter’s ear buds. He even searched outside in the courtyard (unsolicited). This kind of service is unheard of. We arrived 5 hours before check-in and our flight home was 4 hrs after check-out. For both scenarios, they stored our luggage in a locked closet so we could use the time to see more of Nashville without lugging bags. The 2 bedroom accommodation that we rented was clean, spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the shower water pressure is good and the air conditioner works well. The decor and style is industrial (metal accents, polished cement floors and very high ceilings). The bathroom is gigantic and is accessible from the primary bedroom as well as the hallway. The location is good, walkable to so many places. We walked to and from Broadway (10 min walk, safe neighborhood) every day. We walked to the grocery store twice (10 min) and to The Gulch twice. Uber/Lyft was easy too with most rides in the $5-7 range. If you don’t want to stay on broadway or in a hotel, Mint House is a very good choice.
