The hotel was clean and lovely! Quick walk to Broadway all the bars and restaurants ! Some of the staff at the poolside bar and hotel were rude and awful! But otherwise wonderful stay! The reception staff was fantastic !

First time at this chain of hotel. Check in was quick and the room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary margarita. Brought the fact that the safe did not work to the staff however this issue was never resolved during our stay. Did not use the pool but did have breakfast on our last day on the main floor and it was delicious.

Location!

Great Hotel two blocks from Broadway and walkable to Nissan Stadium. Clean rooms beautiful rooftop pool and many more amenities.

Too expensive

I dont think the hotel was worth the money. Its nice, but the cost was ridiculous and then you had to pay another $75 to park your car should be included. Also extra to use the pool and other amenities. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if it hadnt been for my family staying there. Its a nice hotel, but doesnt fit in Nashville and not worth the money.

Rooms our not very clean. Floors were dirty and had not been mopped in sometime it appeared and had to ask for our sheets to be changed.When we pulled back the comforter the sheets were dirty.

This property is amazing! It is so clean and nice and the staff is amazing. Kim, at the front desk checked us into the hotel and she was very helpful and is such an asset to the hotel. Our first interaction with the staff was with Taylor at the valet stand. He was able to accommodate our request with our vehicle. We had never stayed at a Margareitaville Hotel before this trip, but we will definitely stay with them again.
