This comfort in property is nice, bit for the price you would think the rooms would be updated & a lot nicer than the cost of a 3 night stay on a weekend. The free breakfast was convenient, but was nothing to write home about & there were a few items that looked questionable to eat.

Great location. Parking spots very small not many handicap spots. Difficult for wheel chairs. Breakfast on 3rd floor. Not all elevators go to all floors. Breakfast was amazing. Uber $9 to downtown nashville.

Nice affordable property, good staff, nice breakfast which recently opened an omelet bar. Our room was on third floor overlooking pool which was kept very clean daily. All and all good experience for the money. Check out the Oak bar across the street, great place to watch football and very good wings and other food.

The poolside seating area is located directly behind the room windows. The staff allowed guests to gather there, drinking and making a lot of noise until 3am, which made it impossible to get any sleep. Also, I had an emergency and needed to check out earlier than planned. The hotel informed me that I wouldn’t receive any refund, even though I wasn’t asking for the full amount back; they simply refused to make any exceptions. They advised me to reach out to Expedia for a refund, I did, Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel denied their request as well. Then why tell me to contact Expedia when the hotel had no intention of approving a request from them either!?

The breakfast was very good, staff kept the food available for the many people who came through. We had a handicapped room at the rear corner of the property. A/C unit was noisy. Bins for dirty linens were stored right outside our room. Handicapped bathroom was recently renovated but the marble-like tile was VERY slippery when wet. I asked at the office for a rubber mat but nothing was available. Since my husband has poor balance this was dangerous. I laid towels on the floor of the shower and in his path so he wouldn't fall. Also to get to the breakfast from our room we had to walk from the back of the motel and then climb a half flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Otherwise I would have to drive him around from our room to the front to avoid the stairs. I realize that some of this is unavoidable due to the construction of the building, but the slippery floors and noisy A/C could certainly be addressed.

Clean and convenient, with good amenities. We got 6 rooms and were able to spend time together in the common areas. Most of the staff was friendly, and I saw many people cleaning various areas. It was difficult to find the ice machine, even though they directed me ... nobody said "In the laundry room." I found it. Breakfast was plenty and they were friendly. It's the same breakfast every day, but there were many options. Cons: Staff was neutral (like a robot) upon check-in, despite my starting conversations. No reactions. I was charged for parking, even though I said I don't have a car. Thankfully I had written the expected amount, and it was taken care of. At the end, my bill was a penny higher. I went with others, and some saw their bill was also a penny higher. Not a big deal, but weird.
