It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The photos online were obviously generated by AI and looked like a palace. When I arrived in the lobby, I thought I was at the wrong place. When they asked for me to pay for parking, I asked to see the room. Again, it looked nothing like what I booked online. Tiny room with outside doors so a motel instead of a hotel, dirty blue wrinkled carpet and a sour smell when I open the door to the room. When I went back to the lobby to tell the lady I couldn’t stay there, she simply grabbed my key and said contact your booking agent. When I contacted Expedia, she said I was offered upgraded accommodations. Total lie…She said nothing to me! Expedia made two attempts to get a refund from the property and they refused. They suggested I contact my financial institution, which is what I have done. American Express is amazing and I’m confident they will stand behind me as a valued customer. DON’T DO IT!

The room was way bigger than I expected. Super clean, had microwave, coffee maker so that was a plus! Also, i liked because was walking distance from Broadway. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I definitely recomend this hotel!

When I went to check-in / out, two different staff members made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Zero customer service. I wasn't even asking any questions! When I got to the room, I was SHOCKED. They photo's online looked nice, new and clean. This room was something you would except at a Motel 6 off the interstate. I paid close to $700 for 2 nights and $40 for parking. Old and beat up room! Front desk staff who could care less to just be welcoming. I will not be staying there again the next time I visit with my daughter who just moved there.
