Staff was amazing. The coffee service in the morning was a great perk. The cafe had a good breakfast and the rooftop is excellent. The rooms are very unique and extremely comfortable. Will stay there again.

The hotel was great. Very clean, rooms very boutique and convenient to Broadway. The staff was friendly, but I expected they would know more about surrounding area like restaurants and suggestions on this to do. They weren't too good about answering questions on the area.

We had a an issue with the bathroom sink clogging- they tried to fix it but it was not fixable so they upgraded us to a better suite/room. Hotel decor was great and the staff so friendly

The property itself is very nice, with a stylish atmosphere and enjoyable amenities. Overall, we appreciated the design and feel of the hotel. That said, there were a few challenges during our stay. I requested housekeeping service multiple times before it was finally provided a few days into the visit. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room did not seem to be working properly for several nights, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Although a technician reportedly checked the system while we were out and it improved somewhat afterward, the cooling never felt entirely effective. In summary, while the hotel offers a great property and ambiance, consistency in service and room comfort could be improved.
