Clean Room. Shower was nice and hot (to wash the airplane germs off of you). Staff showed that they cared that I was a repeat customer. Airline crews stay here so you know it is good.

Located in a very convenient area of Narita, between the two railway stations. Many restaurants and convenience stores close by. The room was clean and quiet, albeit dated and a bit musty smelling. Definitely good value.

Hotel is old and rundown. I had to ask to change my room due to bad, fowl odor. The staff is friendly and accommodating but I did not feel it has been kept up. I asked if I could check out an hour later but I would charged a fee. Although the location is only a 3 minute was to Train Station and very close to Narita-San Temple, I would not recommend this hotel unless it's refurbished.

The hotel is dirty and old! The room was awful. There were slippers under the bed that were not ours. The sheets and bedding was stained. We sat in the room looked around and left to another hotel that I had to pay for out of pocket. Not ideal stay is putting it mildly.

Like someone else mentioned the place STINKS and reeks of smoke and mold. We asked for a room change and the staff were accommodating and changed us to another room but even with the windows cracked for hours it didnt help. Btw the windows dont seem up to code they open all the way and theres no screen so its a little terrifying feeling like anyone can fall through. The staff were pretty understanding when we said we cant handle another stay and we only stayed one night before we left and they gave us a full refund. She did mention that the smell must be from how old the hotel was since its suppose to be a non smoking room. But it really does smell of smoke no matter which room or floor youre on. Theres also lack of caulking in the bathtub which could be attributing to that mold smell but we didnt want to look too into it… it was the grossest hotel we ever stayed in, worse than even cheap motels in the US. It shouldnt be 3 stars it should honestly be downgraded to 1 star… please avoid at all cost its really not worthe the cheap stay and distance to narita airport. Transit is so convenient stay somewhere nicer and just train to the airport.

The property have a very strong smell of mould so if you have asthma please stay away. I was coughing a lot cause of having to breathe in the mould. And there is really no heating or cooling control for your room it is a whole hotel controlled. So 1 day I was very cold and 1 day I was so hot that I have to use my portable fan. Overall the only good thing is this place is close to both train line and close to the temple and the price is at the lower end.

We checked in on the 18th not 17th . Everything was good until the toilet flusher started to leak water. We then were moved to another room, totally inconvenienced due we had already unpacked. The room they had moved us to, the bathroom had a certain stench, especially the shower certain. Hotel needs much improvement on how cleanliness is concerned. Other than that, front desk staff were nice, breakfast was good, perhaps a little more variety on choice of bread, ie; wheat bread.

Location is great– easy access to trains and conbinis. One of the only things I had a huge issue with was the smell. It says non-smoking but it smelled strongly of an off-putting, smoke-like scent that would not go away after spraying the room up and down with the bed fragrance spray they provided.
