Convenient location and room is clean and modernized. Friendly staff. The neighborhood outside is convenient in proximity to train station, but appears pretty run down and doesn’t feel super safe with the kids. The staff was communications over WhatsApp and met us outside the building and escorted us into the property. The building hosts many residences from various companies. Once you’re inside, it’s nice and well maintained. Breakfast service and everyone so friendly made up for the exterior shortcomings.

Wonderful stay!

I had such a wonderful stay here! Close to the train station. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. I’m looking forward to visiting Naples again and will definitely stay here.

This property exceeded expectations. The josts were incredibly welcoming and friendly meeting on arrival and messaging prior to arrival with instructions- a few minutes walk from the central train station and a busy bustling area on arrival. The contact prior to and meeting by the host was really helpful. The room and decoration of the vicinity was beautiful- don’t be put off by the bustling streets. Would definitely stay again and so conveniently located.

Clean place near Napoli station

The location was perfect for us since we were taking a train back and forth. Massimo and Maria were so nice and helpful. Place was well kept and very clean. Delicious fresh croissant in the morning was a bonus.

Booked the room at 11:10pm for the night. Our train arrived at 11:30pm, thank goodness Massimiliano was manning the bookings and was able to give us our entry access codes despite the late booking. The place is conveniently located at the Central station which was very helpful walking in the freezing cold. The walk to the building and the building itself isn’t a good reflection of the clean room we stayed at. Bathroom/shower was a decent size and towels were soft. Quality TV (size/pixel). Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Effective window shutters blocked the lights out but the TV led logo lit the room quiet a bit. Breakfast (croissant, coffee and juice) were conveniently delivered to our room at the time requested. More than anything the service was great. Very accommodating for such a late arrival.

Central, very friendly and helpful

From the outset I was extremely impressed. Massimo met me on the street and then helped me with my luggage. This is a lovely wee sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of central Naples yet perfectly situated for excursion pick ups/drop offs and the main railway station. Breakfast delivered to my room was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏

The property is well located close to Naples Central Station. It’s a 6 minute walk from the square . The manager communicated all the information of the property, location to eat and what to visit for a quick overnight layover in Naples. Room was super clean and refreshing . Washroom was spacious .

This was the best room we had our entire Italy trip. From the host meeting us out on the sidewalk and helping us with our luggage up to the room, to the amazing breakfast delivered to our room the next morning. I would stay here again if I ever decide to return to Naples.

We arrived mid morning and were cheerfully greeted by Massimilano. After checking us in he gave us a map of the area and made a few great suggestions on how to spend our time in Napoli. We didn’t expect our room to be ready, but confirmed we could leave our luggage with him. Just as we finished our chat our room was ready. That was lovely. The room was very clean and had two very comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated all the security measures that were in place and felt completely safe there. Our breakfast was much appreciated as we departed. Thank you Massimiliano, you are a wonderful host and made our time with you most enjoyable.

Great central location right next to Garibaldi Station, the main train station of Naples. The hosts were very hospitable and communication on WhatsApp was smooth. The free breakfast delivered to your room was a lovely bonus with a hot croissant and coffee of your choice. Will be coming here to stay again in a couple of weeks.
