Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. Extremely clean, great ambience, loved the cafe and restaurant! Staff very friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

Very nice property. Food selection is a little difficult with kids.

Breakfast was extremely basic. Check in was a little stressful because we were coming from out of town and they close the office at 9:00. Fortunately they accommodated and stayed open for us. Room was small but Bed was comfortable.

Gym was great had just enough to get a good workout. The hot tub was not working, and we were under the impression there was free breakfast.

Very disappointing stay overall. The only positives were free parking and continental breakfast, but the breakfast options were minimal and most of the bagels and croissants were stale. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation as we could hear carts and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. The biggest issue was the staff and housekeeping. Front desk employees were not friendly or helpful, and when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange them, which seemed unusual and inconvenient. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned until the last night despite being told it would be done earlier. When I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, the housekeeper made it seem like a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of helpful service, noise issues, and inconsistent housekeeping made this a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again.
