Great for very little kids, not so for bigger kids. Pool very small and games room lacking. Our first breakfast was a scene from faulty towers, only one person on and nothing there, including clean plates. BUT they did hear the complaints and was much better the next day. Generally rooms are good, clean and tidy - you can hear your neighbours next door, It’s a fair walk to town so be prepared to drive.

The room is not how it was advertised online. Very tired, most power points broken or dodgy. Very dark inside, everything seemed old and tired. Room never made up, either staff were late or too busy doing check out rooms. We booked and paid extra to pay at hotel. The hotel tried to take money 3 days before stay and threatened we would loose our booking if they didn’t get their money in advance. Not ok. Worst of all we had a view of car park and bins, no view of golf course as promised. Will never go here again

Would rated staff 5 stars however unfortunately our last night stay we ordered room service and it took 1 and 1/2 hour, they lost the order when called reception it took 4 calls talking to 3 different people to just just transfer to the restaurant and leaving a message at the restaurant. The staff on the after hours hotel chain (especially female on Monday 22nd Dec) was useless.

Overall it was nice hotel to stay. Lovely indoor pool, customer service was excellent. Some part of the room was bit dusty, they could do better job with cleaning.

Room was nice and big , huge bed and very comfortable. The room was an accessible room which I didn't realise I booked.The bathroom was very big but there was no bench space and the shower curtain was about 30 to 40 cm off the floor as a result the floor got saturated during a shower and the floor was super slippery. I would suggest getting a longer shower curtain to avoid this.

We had requested to be able to check in by 1230-to which we were told there will be extra charge. I then replied saying we wont be there till 1pm anyways. I never agreed to extra charges -which were ridiculous given we pnly needed to leave the bags so we didnt have to do the formality late at 1130 at night. We were never told about extra charges at checkin. I see that 120 has been deducted.for 1 hr early check in? Sorry not acceptable for a reputed hotel like this Regards SD

Lovely room and friendly staff. If there was a lockable screen door on the balcony door that would be great to be able to let in fresh air and not all the insects. I would also recommend some herbal tea bags be placed in the room.

Beautiful location, serene and peaceful. A bit out of town, probably too far to walk. Rooms very clean and modern, minimal kitchen facilities - kettle and bar fridge only - even in family room. Pool is great, heated and a lot of fun. Only negative - Walls a bit thin in our room (115), we could hear the adjoining room and their TV far too clearly.
