Location was the best! Literally you walk out the property and the lift is within less than a minute walk. Perfect! Also, it’s right next to the towns bus stops and within the ski lodge/village base. Would highly recommend this place. We had a great time even though we didn’t use any of the spa or other facilities, as too busy skiing and going into town for apres ski.

The description on Expedia listed a kitchenette with cookware. We purposely wanted this so that we could prepare meals in our room. In reality there was a microwave and a Keurig pod coffee maker. There was silverware, plates and glasses but only 2 of each - the room is supposed to accommodate 4 people. On that note, there was only one robe in the closet. The bathtub floor was warped and bubbled so it was awkward to stand in there and shower. We had to completely unscrew the drain plug and remove it in order for the tub to drain seeing as it wouldn’t stay propped open. The toilet barely flushed and needs to be replaced. We found a used plastic fork on the floor between the bed side table and one of the beds. The television was very old, small, had a horrible picture and the cable was constantly glitching and freezing up and would even occasionally freeze up indefinitely - once we left it on for over 45 minutes frozen. The TV was also plugged into an outlet that was also on the circuit with the wall switch that controlled the lamp on the bed side table so we had to figure that out. Mind you it was playoff weekend and we were looking forward to watching the games. We ended going downstairs to the restaurant to watch where the food and service were excellent but the television there was very glitchy as well. The mattresses could definitely be replaced and there was no service without specifically requesting it.

Room was clean and had a great slope side view. The air was dry and the room came with a humidifier. The ski lift was just steps away from the entrance. The restaurants and bars were delicious and the staff was kind and courteous. We did a spa service and our service was relaxing and provided the expected results.

Room has wallpaper peeling. Bathroom fan was just noisy but pulled no air out. The usb chargers and outlet turned off at the wall. Hard to find the lamp switch. We needed the charger over night. Spa advertises a beauty salon in both online and brochures at resort information building. Spa says there has been no beauty salon for over two years. Most arcade games do not work and the kids just lose their money. There’s no notification on the broken games.

Other than proximity to the slopes this location is pretty mediocre. The rooms are very old. Shower barely worked and TV was definitely an original flat screen that only worked occasionally. Food at the restaurant was also not great.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly but I will say the food was terrible. We ordered from the little Mexican restaurant in there and it was just the worst food every time and I am a very easy-going kind of person. Everything else was top-notch though.

This hotel was the center of everything. The easy access to slopes only 100 yards away. The buses take you to town every 15 mins. Food is food and family friendly space.

The staff are courteous and seem to be trying their best to deal with aging rooms that require updating and limited personnel for cleaning and maintenance. No hair dryer, no phone, an old television with fuzzy pictures and only a few local channels . . . little issues that can irritate must be weighed against having the convenience of ski in/ski out.
