Favorite Place to Stay in Montreal

This is my go to hotel in Montreal. The location is great - walkable to Crescent Street/Ste. Catherine and the metro is 2 blocks. Customer service is out of this world and better than several 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. The team here anticipates needs and are happy to help at every turn. Rooms are modern and very clean. Always a pleasure to stay here!

Service at the hotel was very friendly. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is good. Furnishings in the room were sparse. There was no bureau to store clothing, no light on or over the desk, and on one side of the bed, one had to get out of bed to turn off the reading light.

We paid for a deluxe king room. It was big, but picture they showed, includes a sofa or armchair in the room. It was only one desk chair and me or my husband for whole week of stay had to seat on the bed, because no other chair was available. We asked stuff twice about it and they promised, that will provide another chair, but didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even tell us that they have no chair available. That was ridiculous. Breakfast for two was $57.00 and all they had was cold boiled eggs and one nasty ham and cheese sandwich, worst than fast food places have… Room service for cleaning was very nice.
