– Checkout: By 11:00 AM
– Late checkout or delays to cleaning may incur additional fees
3. Local & Third-Party Bookings
– Montreal locals and third-party bookings must be approved in advance
– Please message us before booking if this applies to you
– Instant bookings that don’t meet these terms may be reviewed or cancelled
4. Noise, Parties & Smoking
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior at any time
– No smoking in units, on balconies, or shared areas
– $250+ fee applies for any smoking-related cleaning or damage
5. Guests & Visitors
– Only registered guests may stay overnight
– Daytime visitors must be approved in advance
– Let us know if your guest count changes
