My car was stolen from the parking lot right outside my room. There were no CCTV cameras in that part of the lot. You can hear every neighbor. There was a kitchenette with an induction cooktop - but no dishes except for coffee mugs. Who travels with induction cookware & dishes?? Window is exterior door was cracked. Water damage to the bathroom door which did not stay closed. Carpet in hallway was stained & torn. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

As we walked to our room, we saw broken windows in the hotel hall doors, looking like someone may have tried to break in before. We had a mini kitchen in our room and it looked like it had not been cleaned at all. There was crumbs and empty takeout sauce containers in the cabinets. In the bathroom, all of our soaps had been opened and used before and there was grime all over them. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned and had hair on the walls of it. The beds were fine and the manager was very understanding about us wanting to leave early with no troubles

Great price for a nice hotel , but you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Lots of good food options around and close to convenient stores

Tout était mauvais, c'était très très sale, la salle de bain était vraiment dégoûtante, avec de la moisissure, et ils ne l'ont pas nettoyée, les employés étaient impolis, il n'y avait pas de serviettes, vous leur avez demandé de la nettoyer et ils ne l'ont pas fait, la cuisinière électrique ne fonctionnait pas, ils n'ont pas changé les draps à notre arrivée, bref tout était mauvais, ils ne méritaient même pas une étoile.

Not smoke free. Smells like cigarette everywhere in the building. Upon checking in at around 3AM, I was told that the room they’re giving me is a non-smoking room. While on the way to the room, you can tell someone is already smoking—actively smoking in one of the rooms in that building because you can literally smell cigarette just from the entrance, throughout the hallway, and even inside the room they just gave me. I went back to front desk to report it. They moved us to another room because I literally just checked in. They had to send someone with us to confim the issue and gave us the key to another room. The new room did not smell like cigarette at that time, so it’s fine. But again in the middle of the night, someone was smoking again and we can smell it in our room, even if our door was closed! A decent bed/shower. Very thin walls; you can hear almost everything in the next room. However, active smokers inside the building, that scent will linger in your clothes.
