not recommend during the hot summer as there is no AC. I had to keep the window opened, but very small flies came through the window screen, I got rashes from these flies. and the fan was very noisy. Could not sleep at all during the night, so I had to cancel the remaining nights. However, the location is very good and convenient.

Inexpensive college dorm rooms that are used as hotel-type housing while school is out for the summer. Good workspace area with good lighting for doing deskwork. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Metro stop and many dining establishments.

Good things: - location (close to public transit and St. Catherine street) - value for money - Check-in time is like 3 oo 4 PM. I reached around 12 noon and yet the room was ready for me. - Staff is fluent in English. What's not great?: - no attached bathroom/toilet - No AC - No option to get the room cleaned while you are staying. - I requested they keep my suitcase (since checkout time is 11 AM and my train departure was at 6 PM) and I'll come collect it later in the day. I was told that's not an option either.
