Okay for the price, but you get what you pay for

Service at the desk was average. Even though they send you an email (where they ask for your credit card info) to check in online, you still have to do the entire check in process including deposit at the desk. It took ten minutes. Online process was a waste. Hallway outside our room stank of cigarettes despite it being a smoke free hotel. People in the room across from us were having loud sex at 7 in the morning for everyone to hear. Other people coming back from the clubs at 4 in the morning making lots of noise in the hall. Rooms average. Very hot.

You get what you pay for here. The front desk attendants all had an attitude and just checking in took around 30 mins. The room didn't have any of the usual hotel amenities like a fridge, safe, or a DND sign. The wifi was spotty and didn't work on our first day. The breakfast service was also dismal. The area around the hotel is all under construction which is not the hotel's fault but to keep in mind if staying around this time.

Horrible place .No microwave or fridge in room.we were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even sleep. We had to carry our luggage up stairs.They haven’t parcking space so I had to find a public parking with my kids all around the downtown area at night.
