I’m very dissapointed and looking for a possible refund. From the pillows to the floor, everything was disgusting. I have pictures of yellow stains on the pillows, red stains from god knows what on the bed sheets. Random hairs in the bathroom. And to make it all worse, the entire street was under construction while there were also riots going on. Never coming back

Montreal? Incredible. Lelux? Not so much. After a long day of travel, my partner went to grab our luggage—only to get trapped in the back of the truck while rats casually strolled around the paid parking lot like they were in their own little rodent bistro. We finally made it to our room, but any hope of rest ended at 7 a.m. when construction outside made it sound like a jackhammer was auditioning for a metal band. When I checked in, I asked where the Pride parade was and got, ‘I don’t know,’ delivered with a look that could curdle milk—equal parts disappointment and judgement.

First day checked in the hotel didn't have key cards for the guests and we had to be let into our rooms by staff. We had to wait upwards of 20 mins just to be let into our room. Room was meh. Dirt on bathroom floor and damaged furniture. Housekeeping was very kind and gave me fresh towels and garbage bags as I didn't need/want service. The location was great with public transportation near by, however the street itself looked super run down and there was a rat outside the hotel. Front desk staff were great and very helpful!

The place is severely rundown and needs an upgrade. This is more like a motel than a hotel. The construction in front made it difficult to access for check-in and I was not aware of the $45 charge for parking when booking the room.

Check in was smooth, staff was quick and helpful. Bath tube didnt work. Tv was poor in choices. At least could add netflix so customer can log in into their account. Main light switch turns off the fridge. Bad smell when heat is on. Noisy people yelling at 7 am in the corridors. Homelesses fighting outside early morning.breaksfast could be later during the week end.
