The room was small compared to other hotels, however it was all you need and roomy for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. We were able to walk to Old Montreal, St. Catherine street, Mount Royal etc very convenient location. (We like to walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we really appreciated was you needed to use your key to enter the hotel after hours. The breakfast was the same for the 5 days we were there. It was all you needed but would like to have had different options like a waffle batter and iron, but Like i mentioned what was served is all you need. The only other thing (I'm sounding picky) a vending mention on every other floor. I didnt think there was one until I seen it on the last day. It is located around the corner from the lobby. They were able to keep our luggage after we checked out in a secured room. Very well organized. Overall this was a very friendly, clean hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great job.

It’s a 3-star hotel, but the experience fell short. Cleanliness was sub-par and staff could use better customer service training. Amenities were lacking—I had to request an iron and board, both of which were in poor condition. The complimentary breakfast was basic, with limited protein options (just boiled eggs and yogurt). The location near Chinatown and main attractions is great, but for the price, the overall quality should be much better.

Comfortable and convenient stay.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for taking the bus to and from the airport as well as everything I wanted to do in Montreal. I walked everywhere. I also liked that there was a very nice grocery store right across the street. I arrived early in Montreal and I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage. The front desk checked to see if my room was available and I was allowed to check-in well before 3:00. That was greatly appreciated. Overall a very nice experience and I would stay here again.

I cannot share a true review for this property because I was not able to stay there. The property contacted Expedia to let them know there was a credit card issue, but Expedia never let me know this. I arrived at the hotel to find that my room was not only canceled, but they had no rooms left to be booked. When I connected with Expedia chat, they were not able to help find a solution and I ended up having to spend 300 extra dollars at a hotel down the street despite how you made a reservation through Expedia months in advance.

My friend and I arrived at this hotel at 10am after driving three hours. We went in and expressed that we would like to check in earlier and she told us to come back at 1-1:30 so we did. They let us park in the underground parking space while we went shopping so that was nice at least. When we did come back she told us our room still isn’t ready and will be done at 2. We wait, then they told us now 2:30, then get told after 3pm (which is after regular check in time) when the woman at the desk called the cleaning staff to make our room a priority. When we finally get to check in they tried charging my credit card again after it was already charged the night before when I filled out the online check in. Our room was nice and clean but for a sweet to be on the main level beside the gym and the breakfast was terrible. We heard absolutely everything at all times. People walking, the bell when food was done in the kitchen every 5 seconds, people yelling, people knocking on our door and running away ect. For 400 bucks a night I would have expected more and not have to sleep in a lobby from 1:30-3pm when I was told to come back for 1pm and to have been woken up a million times in one night.

Quick check in. Quiet building. Went to breakfast and at 1000 and it closes at 1030 and there was no fresh fruit left. 2/4 pillow cases had stains on them and one sheet had brown marks on it. Room is tight and bathroom is also quite small. Location is great though. For the cost next time we will choose a different hotel.

Expedia did not process my reservation by the time I got to hotel. They were with Travelodge on the phone for over an hour to figure out why they did not have my reservation. We drove all the way from Ontario. Was exhausted and this was very inconvenient to my family. Wasted time on finding my reservation instead of going to explore of what was left of the evening. Travelodge staff were pleasant. Parking was full so we had to park far. The rooms were really small which I found out after check in. Small washroom and no view

Hotel is clean, very well situated near multiple bus stops (including one to/from the airport), metro stops and the largest tourist street in the city. Breakfast was fine, few options but acceptable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, and for a budget stay this is a very good option which has everything you need in good quality. For the price compared to competitors, highly recommend this option.
